• Kit includes HotShock 5 Energizer (.5 joule), 3 ft. galvanized ground rod and clamp, and 100' insulated wire. Great for folks new to electric fencing.
• Should power 1 mile of 3 strand cattle fence, 1/2 mile of a 5 - 7 strand sheep fence, 6 of the 164' rolls of sheep/goat nets or 3 of the 164' poultry nets. Distance depends on grass/weed load on the fence.
• Used to electrify a fence to keep out deer, raccoon, rabbits, coyotes, stray dogs, bear and fox.
• Low impedance energizer. Low impedance have pulses that are very short (in time) but higher in energy.
